All payments are through Paypal invoices, in USD.

Payment is required in full, up front at the start of the commission.

An additional character is double the price of the commission.

Pricing may go up if a particular commission requires some extra work! Email me and we’ll chat about it!

Please include only 1 - 5 visual references for your character(s) in your email!

Multiple links of just visual elements or paragraphs of description require a lot of extra time on my part to piece together, please be mindful and be concise if you can!

Please be sure to include clear color references of your characters.

If you have a specific pose in mind, feel free to send me a sketch or image to illustrate what you are looking for! It can literally be a stick figure, but that is SO immensely helpful, you have no idea!

Head Shot commission dimensions are 8 x 8 inches; Half Body commission dimensions are 8 x 10 inches; Full Body commission dimensions are 8 x 12 inches. They are at 300 dpi resolution.

I do not offer in-process shots or sketches for commissions. After receiving payment, I will return your email with the final commission once it’s completed!

However, if I have any questions/need clarification I will be sure to contact you.

Commissions take upwards of 2-4 weeks for me to complete (unless it’s a rush for an occasion, in which case we can talk about that)

When the commission is completed, you will receive a final high-res file of the image as well as a web-sized version.

If you would like a revision there may be an additional charge.

Additional charges are based on the complexity of revision and is a case by case situation. (Example: Eyes are blue, they should be brown - No Problem! Was thinking outfit to be more X color rather than Y color - takes more time to fix, so an additional fee will apply)

The commission will not be started until the invoice is paid.

If the payment is not received within 1-2 days after the invoice is sent and there is no response back from the client then the artist (myself) will cancel the invoice and commission.

If the client requests changes after services are completed, additional charges will be issued at the discretion of the artist (myself).

By payment and collection of the commission, the client enters the agreement that this artwork may be printed for personal use only.

There shall not be any reproduction of this artwork for profit or mass distribution not agreed to by the artist (myself).

Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.

And seriously, if you ever have any questions - please let me know! If you claim a slot but realize you can’t move forward with the commission: Do Not Ever Feel Bad!!! I can’t stress that enough! I completely understand if you can’t put money towards something and need to back out. There are absolutely no hard feelings for that and I want you to know it’s Okay. Don’t worry about it! Just let me know! <3
